※Why do we need to review the observations and indices of the past 30 days?

Space weather is mainly affected by solar activity. Since the solar rotation is nearly 27 days, the sunspots, active regions, and coronal holes on the solar surface might stay longer than the rotation period and result in similar effects again to the Earth. Therefore, when conducting daily forecast, forecasters will review the observation data and indices of the past 30 days to predict the possiblitiy of same event affect the near-Earth space environment again.

In this figure, from top to bottom panels are "the solar 10.7 cm flux (Red dashed line), the SIDC sunspot number (Grey dots), and the CWA sunspot Number (Blue dot)", "NOAA/GOES X-ray flux", "Magnitude of northward interplanetary magnetic field", "Solar wind density", "Solar wind speed", "Kp index" and "Dst index (Pink line) and CWA geomagnetic disturbance value (Blue line)". This figure would allow users to understand the past space weather conditions and assess the possibility of severe space weather recurrence.
